Where AI is used
SwissPilot uses artificial intelligence for:
- answering your questions about Swiss administrative life (Ask SwissPilot)
- explaining uploaded documents in your preferred language
You are always interacting with software, never with a lawyer, a government employee or a human case officer.
How answers are produced
Verified data determines facts. AI explains. Answers are grounded in reviewed official knowledge entries with their sources, jurisdiction and last-verified dates shown. AI never creates laws, deadlines, requirements or authorities on its own.
Your data in AI processing
Only the minimal context needed for your answer is sent (for example your canton). Documents and private notes are never attached automatically, and document text is treated strictly as data, never as instructions — a document cannot command the assistant.
Training
We do not claim your data is never used for AI model training. Whether training occurs depends on the provider's contract and configuration — VERIFY WITH PROVIDER before any such claim is made.
Limits
AI answers are informational, can be incomplete or outdated, and are not legal, tax, medical or insurance advice. For important decisions, confirm with the responsible authority or a qualified professional. If AI is unavailable, your Swiss Plan and verified information remain usable.
