About the service
SwissPilot is an independent digital assistant that helps you navigate administrative life in Switzerland. It is not a Swiss authority, not affiliated with the Swiss government, and not a law firm or licensed legal advisor. Public Beta: features may evolve during beta; "beta" never excuses privacy or security failures.
Your account
You need an account for personal features. Keep your access secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions
- PRO Monthly: CHF 9.90/month. PRO Yearly: CHF 79/year. Prices in CHF, shown transparently before checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation is always reachable in Profile → Plan & Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period, and the next renewal will not happen.
- Card data is handled by Stripe — we never store it.
- Refund policy: LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED before launch — no refund terms are invented here.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, no abuse of the AI assistant (no using SwissPilot as an unrestricted attack/proxy system), no unlawful content in uploads you own the rights to use.
Your content
Documents, notes and conversations remain yours. You keep all rights. SwissPilot processes them only to provide the service (analysis, explanation, reminders). We do not claim broad ownership over your private administrative documents.
AI features
Answers are informational, generated with AI, and grounded in verified knowledge where available (sources shown). They may contain errors. They are not legal, tax, medical or insurance advice. For important decisions, confirm with the responsible authority or a professional.
Availability
We aim for reliability but do not guarantee 100% uptime, perfect accuracy or continuous AI availability.
Third-party links
SwissPilot links to official portals and external services. We do not control their availability, prices, listing status or accuracy.
Liability
SwissPilot is responsible within the limits of applicable Swiss law. Liability and limitation clauses: LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — no "never responsible for anything" clauses will be relied upon.
Changes to these terms
Terms are versioned. Material changes are announced and, where appropriate, require re-acceptance. Formatting-only changes never require re-acceptance.
Applicable law
Swiss law is intended to govern. Final choice of law and forum: LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED.
